Before their remarkable journey at Press, they owned and operated six successful restaurants in San Francisco, the nationally acclaimed Mr. Pollo, Roxy's Cafe, the Palace Steakhouse, Cocofrio, Francisca's, and Francisca's Nob Hill.
Their culinary prowess has garnered widespread recognition, with Mr. Pollo gaining national acclaim on Food Network's segment "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" in 2010. In 2019, Francisca's was honored as a Top 100 restaurant in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Chronicle and was awarded Best 31 restaurants in San Francisco by the prestigious Conde Nast Traveler.
